We are the New Jersey region of the Jane Austen Society of North America, one of 79 local chapters of the international non-profit known fondly as JASNA. Like our parent organization, JASNA-NJ is a volunteer-run group dedicated to the study, appreciation, and understanding of Jane Austen’s life and works.
JASNA members who live in New Jersey are automatically members of JASNA-NJ. Non-members are also welcome to attend our events and learn more about one of the world’s greatest novelists. We’re a friendly group comprising members of all ages and backgrounds.
