Clearly Austen prefers her pizza crust thin, and her bagels dense and chewy. I am still on the fence as to whether she prefers egg or everything, however.
(Somewhat) seriously, Austen’s favorite meal was toast and cheese, not so very far removed from New Jersey’s favorite staples of thin-crust cheese pizza or breakfast sandwiches on a bagel!
